Unresponsive Management: The host ignored our contact attempts for hours and only replied later to deflect the blame onto their third-party maintenance team. Ruined Travel Plans: Because the accommodation was unfit for an overnight stay, we were forced to leave immediately, cancel our plans for the following day, and return home. Unhelpful Customer Service: Booking.com provided shocking support by offering zero alternatives or advice, and they should completely remove listings like this from their platform. Unreturned Security Deposit: Despite never staying at the property and submitting multiple requests, our £100 security deposit has still not been refunded after seven days. Please refer to the attached photos for the exact condition of the property upon our arrival.

Everything was perfect for our 1 night stay. Host was very prompt in responding to our queries.

Positive: The apartment is very okay and comfortable. Just some few areas for improvement. See Below. Negative: The apartment would benefit from having basic cleaning equipment, such as a brush and dustpan, to allow guests to keep the property clean during their stay. The external areas also require attention, particularly the overgrown grass and the cobwebs around the windows, to improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. Finally, the internet connection is unreliable due to poor network coverage in the area. Placing the Wi-Fi router upstairs may improve the signal strength and provide a more stable connection throughout the apartment.
